Pencil Experiment
Pencil and water bag experiment
Today we did experiment Ziploc bags, water, and pencils. This experiment help kids learn about science and see what happens when they pull out pencil from ziploc bags (Kalemba’s activity)
Dyed Flowers Experiment
What happens when we place flowers in coloured water? We decided to find out!
Using a variety of plants such as lettuce, celery, and flowers we learned how plants truly soak up water and even got a colourful surprise in the process!
Grass Creations!
Now that spring has sprung, we decided to collect long pieces of grass and by twisting, knotting and wrapping we came up with some fun unique shapes! (Gabby)
Cracker Challenge
We did cracker challenge with kids, they all had lot of fun doing this. They tried different techniques to move cracker from their head to mouth without using hands. (Sukhman)
Airplanes!
Airplane craft are super fun for kids to make. Kids made airplanes with paper and then did a race to check it out, which airplane flies higher and farther away. Kids had a lot of fun doing this (Sukhman)
Volunteer Fun!
